#SporeShift Mushrooms NZ is a small scale organic mushroom farm in North Canterbury supplying a variety of high quality, gourmet mushrooms to local restaurants, markets and shops. SporeShift was established in 2018 by young couple, Taylor and Susan who have built the business up in an environmentally sustainable manner to match their eco-friendly lifestyle.

In this 1.5hr (approx.) demonstration held in the Kiosk in the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Taylor McConnell will cover all you need to know to begin your journey of growing this wonderful edible at home. There will also be an organic mushroom tasting with some delicious new flavours to enjoy.
