Ingredients

Mix and store in an airtight container;

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups polenta
  • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Method

  • Wash potatoes  (do not peel)
  • Chop into wedges and put them into a plastic bag. Put 2/3 tablespoons of mixture in the bag and shake until wedges are coated.
  • Place wedges in lightly oiled pan and bake at 220C for 30 – 40 minutes.

A hit with children of all ages!
